San Francisco 31 at Detroit 28

A great win for the 49ers on the road.  They got an excellent game from Jim Plunkett, but the 49ers have to be worried about the lack of production from Delvin Williams.  The Lions have been one of the top teams of the NFC now for the past six seasons and it is in part due to Greg Landry, but also due to their under appreciated defense.  Well their defense really struggled here and in years where their defense has struggled so to have the Lions.
