Greatest NFL comebacks before today

Before today, five teams shared the record for greatest comeback in NFL history by each recovering from 24 down to win, according to the Pro Football Hall of Fame:

• The Dolphins beat the Patriots 34-27, at Miami on Dec. 15, 1974,
• The Broncos beat the Boston Patriots, 34-27, at Denver on Oct. 23, 1960.
• The Chicago Cardinals beat the Eagles, 28-24, on Oct. 25, 1959, in Minneapolis.
• The Lions beat the Colts, 31-27, at Detroit on Oct. 20, 1957.
• The Eagles beat the Redskins, 28-24, at Washington on Oct. 27, 1946.
