Miami at San Diego

A lot of people are wondering if the Dolphins will faulter as the Raiders did after they won the Super Bowl.  It's easy to look at the Dolphins and see Bob Griese and think old, but the Dolphins are actually quite young.  After getting hit hard by the WFL, Don Shula has reworked this team so that they have a few older players left, but for the most part are young blood.  The key for this team remains the same, solid defense and a great running game.

San Diego surprised a lot of people last season by making the playoffs.  For the past few years they had been chugging along not looking very special, then last season they seemed to come together.  Dan Fouts became much more effective and their defense became very solid.  They are quite young and should show quite a bit of improvement this season.

  1. IT'S MAGIC TIME!

Miami's ball on their 27 yard line. Third and 10 to go. 1:35 left in the fourth quarter. The score is Miami 7, San Diego 13.

The pass from Miami's QB1 #13 Bob Griese is caught by WR1 #81 Willis Adams for a gain of just over 14 yards. Adams is tackled by San Diego's CB2 #27 Mike Williams. First down, Miami! First and 10 to go. That was K6AinX (1350) against ACPL363 (1346).
