Buffalo at Baltimore

Baltimore completely collapsed last season and went from being one of the best teams in the AFC to just a mediocre bunch. It was their offense that fell apart. Maybe they had pushed their rookie running sensation, Billy Sims, too much early on, but the whole offense seemed to just run out of steam. It lead to a coaching change in Baltimore and fans are expecting a big improvement this season.

Meanwhile Buffalo surprised everyone last year by cotinuing to be a danger in the East. They fell just short of the playoffs, but no one had really expected that much out of them. They are older now, and again everyone is writing them off, but it's hard to tell what will happen with this team. Their defense was very good last season, and as long as they continue to play well on defense they continue to be a threat in the East.
