  1. The Buccaneers used their top-of-the-round selections in the NFL81 draft to recharge their offense, but, in fact, Tampa Bay's only new starter is the third-round pick in NFL79. HB1 Charles Alexander didn't impress in Week 1, but, in this game, he appears to be on his way to his first 100-plus-yard day since he left Louisiana State.

Another NFL79 third-round draftee is getting his big chance--TE1 Dan Ross is one of three new starters for the NFL81 Bengals. Five-year vets Greg Fairchild and Bob Jones have moved up to the first-team offensive line and secondary, respectively.

  2. The Tampa faithful has turned on the former University of Florida Heisman Trophy winner, Steve Spurrier, and is calling for the No. 1 overall draftee, Rich Campbell. "GET RICH QUICK! GET RICH QUICK!" rises a chant from the home crowd.
