Cleveland 23 at Chicago 24

The Bears came close to making the playoffs last year, fading late in the season.  So far this year they are an astonishing 2-2.  I say astonishing because they have played horribly and yet they have two wins.  Bob Avellini has to be the worst starting quarterback in the league and their defense hasn't even been playing well.  Still they beat the Browns who may be the worst team in the league.
