A great win for the 49ers to clinch the NFC West. Without Delvin Williams their offense has taken a bit of a hit, but they got a great game out of Jim Plunkett and the defense. As for the Rams this is a big loss. Their running game took a big hit early in the game when Lawrence McCutcheon was knocked out for the remainder of the regular season.
