Miami 22 at Houston 16 (OT)

In one of the best Conference Championship Games in NFL history the Dolphins pulled off the upset in overtime.  This was always seen to be a defensive battle and that's just what it was looking late in the game like things were shifting in Houston's direction.  They took a 16-13 lead late in the 4th, but Miami managed to convert a 4th down around mid-field and go on to tie the game up in regulation, then win it on the first possession of overtime.  The Oilers' defense looked completely exhausted on the final drive.  It should be noted that neither team committed a turnover, but Skip Butler missed a 45yd field goal and an extra point.  The extra point was critical since it allowed Miami to tie the game in regulation with a FG.
